Info

Live at the Royal Albert Hall is a three-CD live album set by The Who, released in 2003. Discs one and two were recorded on 27 November 2000 and consist of John Entwistle, Roger Daltrey, Pete Townshend, Zak Starkey, and John Rabbit Bundrick performing a concert at the Royal Albert Hall for the Teenage Cancer Trust along with several guests. Disc three features four songs from The Who's last concert with John Entwistle, from 8 February 2002. Townshend dedicated Heart to Hang Onto to the late Ronnie. Disc 1 of 2, second is coming I do not own this material, just a big fan. The four tracks on the Bonus Disc are from a Royal Albert Hall show on February 8, 2002, which unfortunately marked the final on-stage appearance of John Entwistle. Special guests include Bryan Adams, Noel Gallagher, Kelly Jones, Kennedy, Eddie Vedder and Paul Weller. CD Disc one. Посмотреть сведения об участниках альбома, рецензии, композиции и приобрести альбом 2001 DVD от Live At The Royal Albert Hall на three discs including four bonus tracks recorded at another Royal Albert Hall show in February 2002, this is a bit long, but for those longtime fans, there's plenty to like here. as good as those songs by Daltrey, and help make Live at the Royal Albert Hall a re. On November 27, 2000, The Who crowned their six-month North American and U. tour with a special evening at the Royal Albert Hall in London. Written by Anonymous. As a typical Who show, it stars off with their first hit from the sixties, I Can't Explain then progresses along with their typical and masterful set of sixties singles and then their seventies album track's. Keyboards are played by John Rabbit Bundrick as well as Ringo Starr's son Zak Starkey filling in for the late Keith Moon on drums. The playing is superb by all and it is Directed very well by Dick Carruthers. The Royal Albert Hall Show includes some of the last live recorded performances of this Hall of Fame band with John Entwhistle on bass and for that alone it is a worthy buy. Other Who Live efforts have more notoriety - Live at Leeds for example - but the live recordings of the past decade have a significantly better sound quality and a fuller, more complete sound. So many great songs and lots of special guests highlights this 3 cd set If you love the who you owe it to yourself to pick up this budget priced set. this was a decent concert dvd released back in 2001, even though im a big 60s/70s who fan and not keen on all the reunions that started back in 1989 i felt this tour in 2000 was there best ever post 1982 as it was not the tommy opera or quadrophenia set in full, this was the first who tour in 2000 that was a basic set!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the only thing i hated about this set was EDDIE VEDDER being a part of it as good god i cant stand his voice, anyway roger, pete and john where in full form for this gig and since im a bit of a paul weller fan it was cool to see him come out for so sad about us, still i would prefer vintage 60s/70s footage for future releases................ but this was a good one.
