Very similar to The Beatles - Help! (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack) due to same East Coast label type. The only difference is the inner press ring. The Beatles - Help! (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack) is a Decca pressing, this one here a Capitol pressing.
Very different to the European (including UK) releases of 'Help!' (PMC 1255 and PCS 3071) which were released at the same time. Track A1 'Help!' has James Bond Intro which is not listed on the track list.
