Tracks 7-10 taken from the UK-album 'Five Live Yardbirds' Columbia 33SX 1677 ℗ 1965.
Tracks 13-18 are taped with engineer Roger Cameron in two sessions for Giorgio Gomelski in 1966 for an album-project which was abandoned when the group dismissed Giorgio as their manager producer.
All tracks mono except tracks 13, 15-19 stereo.

Having a Rave Up with the Yardbirds, or simply Having a Rave Up, is the second American album by English rock group the Yardbirds. It was released in November 1965, eight months after Jeff Beck replaced Eric Clapton on guitar. It includes songs with both guitarists and reflects the group's blues rock roots and their early experimentations with psychedelic and hard rock. The celebrated album he did with John Mayall entitled 'Blues Breakers' did not seem to get a lot of press here prior to the formation of Cream. Anyway, Rave Up is distinguished by the presence of Beck on side one and Clapton on side two. That Clapton was the guitarist on side two somehow escaped me as a kid
