This is a cover of the belgian rock song "Kili Watch" By The Kiliwax's, Aka "Telex" Who at the time were recording a lot of covers (something they were somewhat known for) though a lot of them didn't make it. Supposedly recorded around the "twist a' saint-tropez" days. Limited release to 500 for a discotheque in the early 1980s in Brussels called Kiliwatch. Recently an instrumental version has appeared on beatport. Though in my opinion, its the original verson with the vocals (strong vocoders repeating "kili watch kili watch kili kili kili watch" and a strange melody repeating other words after this, etc) is what makes it, there are a lot of overdubs missing from this "instrumental" as well, VERY VERY VERY STRANGE but very good. Does not sound like telex at all, shame that this wasn't ever released. Its also insanely rare so good luck finding it or listening to it, but rumor has it that if you happen to know the Dewaele brothers then you're on the right track.
