In my view, this White Album release is absolutely superb, and far superior to the Sgt Pepper 50th Anniversary box set sorry folks . This is NOT a criticism of Sgt Pepper. It is however a recognition that the depth and scope of the new 'White Album' box set, is significantly greater than SPLHCB box set was. The main gripe is that the record is the less powerful stereo version that has been repackaged many times and not the rarer and better mono version.
