Dia Del Asesinato is the 2018 thematic album to be released by artist DJ MUGGSs on August 3rd. The tracks of the album, designed as individual chapters seek to establish hip-hop as the primary combatant in the face of corruption throughout the world. On June 22nd, Muggs released Death Wish, the first chapter in the album and a collaboration with MF DOOM and Freddie Gibbs. To be clear, the pre-sale specifically said that this version of the vinyl would come numbered and authenticated and was limited to 20 copies.

Ordered the Black version with the Latin American OBI. SA sent me an orange version of the LP with no numbering or certificate of authenticity, as they indicated they would. In addition, when the record was packed, someone taped the protective cardboard to the OBI strip, making the record impossible to unpack without tearing the OBI strip. SA said they would send a new OBI (which in the bigger picture seems fishy) but did not respond to the fact that they sent me an unnumbered, unauthenticated orange version of the record. In essence, both for this release and the coming Kaos, SA is charging $50 to add an OBI to the vinyl. In my opinion Muggs is a genius, love his work but the shop and customer service is pretty awful and sketchy. Anybody else have a negative experience?

wow. that´s pretty weak. I also had issues with 2 of my 3 last orders: ordered the frozen angels gold lp pretty much in the minute it went online. 2 weeks later sa sent me a refund, saying due a system error they sold more than they actually had. I was really pissed then because these vultures selling it for a lot more on discogs right now.The same with Kaos: Ordered it right when it went online. Japanese OBI. page indicated they´d ship the vinyl mid november. sa created a shipping label on dec 14th; 2 weeks now, and it seems they still haven´t shipped it out yet because nothing happened @ the usps tracking statuts!!!! actually I´m worried it´d be the same situation like with the frozen angels lp atm. the email service is also awful! no response at all!
