Scarce is an alternative rock band from New England, United States, originally from Providence, RI, later based in Boston, MA. They were active from 1993 to 1997 and reformed in 2008. Formed by Chick Graning vocals, guitar, Joyce Raskin bass, vocals and Jud Ehrbar drums, the trio soon caused a major label bidding war.
