Sound Polaroids: when electronica artists become tourists. Scanner and Tonne toured the world arriving in a city a few days before a concert. The two were going sight-seeing, recording sounds and images, capturing a snapshot of the city. In other words, artists Scanner, Tonne and Stephen Vitellio walked through a major city recording their sojourns via image and sound and rearranged their findings in a gallery setting to attempt some form of personal narrative.
