The Riff Randalls are a Vancouver-based group comprised of three young girls and an older, male lead singer who looks just like the Smugglers' Grant Lawrence. The four songs here, including Riff Randalls Theme, are short, lightweight Donnas-esque punk rock. There's nothing really wrong with the music, except it has that a stilted, over-produced sound that makes what appears to be fairly new musicians sound wooden and unexciting.
