Produced by Rhett himself and recorded in one of Nashville's premier studios, Quadraphonic, with strictly A-list musicians. Originally issued on his mid-1970s LP, For My Friends Aquarian AR-101. But here you are hearing the remix-released in 1977 on Arrow Records, distributed by Album World, a division of International Record Distributing Associates as a tax shelter. This later, Arrow version of this album is titled simply Rhett Davis AW 11010.
