Transcendent, ineffably beautiful music. As both reviewers have noted these tracks are truly something special. Port Gentil (gentil meaning "kind" in French) deserves special mention, though. If anyone needs to learn about the power of electronic music to create experiences, even healing experiences or spiritual experiences, you can start with this track. Hold onto your colon, as Occidental might say...but joking aside, there's something profound going on in this music, so enjoy.

This release is pure genius and anyone who doesn't give this a '5' is fucking deaf. In fact, they deserve a punch in the face. I'll volunteer for the pummeling. (And I'm a pacifist.)
It's THAT good.

I find it pointless to try and describe any music. All I can do is describe context. First of all, this kind of deep, dubby techno deserves to be listened to on the best sound system possible. If your home stereo system is crap or you're using your stupid ipod earphones (throw those in the trash!) then listen to this in your car. Even crappy car systems sound pretty good because the acoustics in such a space are incredible. These two tracks will relax the shit out of you. Literally. Your colon will relax so much that poop will just fall right out and you won't even care because this lush wave of sound is transporting you straight to nirvana.

Both tracks are great. I prefer "Nautical Dub (Tidal Mix)".

If I don't get a vinyl copy of this soon I'm going to sever my left pinky, cut it in half, and send a piece to Andy Mellwig and Thomas Köner each.

if you have a spare 12 minutes and want to be taken to a different world, a world where you will be truly inspired, then there is no competition - this is the clear winner. i have listened to this hundereds of times and it never fails to astound me the depth to this track. once you get to about 8 minutes you loose the feelings in your legs and enter this special place. it comforts and soothes and it provides you with a trust that if you just go with it, it will look after you. i recomend anyone who reads this to track it down, and even if it costs 30 quid, believe me it will have paid itself within a couple of listens.
