Matrix Numbers on Labels Side A = PG 5A not PG 5 A and Side B = PG 5B not PG 5 B. The ℗ symbol below Matrix numbers on both sides are misprinted so that on Side A the outer circle and the bottom half of P is missing and on Side B the circle is missing but the P is just discernable. Both tracklists are placed slightly higher on the Labels therefore the Red slash on Side A and the Green slash on Side B pass through different parts of the tracklistings. (See images for these distinctions). Rear Cover and Inner Sleeve are identical to r3904501.
