This was my first taste of 'Paradox' when it first came out and I sure took notice that Dev was one to watch.

Whilst the release isn't anywhere near as good of some of his later work, it showcases that this producer makes the music he likes rather trying to fit into one of the myriad sub genres other people make to try and understand dance music

'Conform To What' is the one for me, with its dystopian atmosphere, chilling and spooky voice samples, incredible drum funk layering and the use of what sounds like soundscapes from the original 'Dawn Of The Dead' film which adds a real sinister feel to this already unusual but very satisfying track.
