This is a different packaging than the early issue:
The difference is that this one has artwork changed on front and spine, to include information about this album being the equivalent of the 2LP issue on vinyl.
This was acomplished on the early issue by putting asticker on the front of the album and including an insert to say so too.
On this release however it is later, they changed the graphics, and save inserting one piece of paper into the box..

In Person Friday and Saturday Nights at the Blackhawk, Complete, also called The Complete Blackhawk, is a 2003 four-disc collection of the 1961 live performances of the Miles Davis Quintet at the Black Hawk nightclub in San Francisco.
