MDFMK is an album released by industrial rock band MDFMK on March 28, 2000. It was the only studio album released by the band before it was discontinued and reformed once again as KMFDM. In a 2003 interview, band leader Sascha Konietzko said the album had sold around 120,000 copies. All tracks are written by Sascha Konietzko and Tim Skold, unless otherwise noted. Lucia Cifarelli - vocals. Sascha Konietzko - vocals, percussion, programming. Tim Skold - vocals, guitar, bass, programming. MDFMK charts the same breakbeat industrial-thrash that has long been a staple of any KMFDM album, complete with ranting vocals, aggressive songwriting, heavy-metal chords that sound vaguely familiar, and solid programming that reveals a surprising pop sense. There are a few concessions to technology, including groovier basslines and digital production. Though the songs aren't very strong and the vocals are a bit melodramatic, KMFDM fans will simply be glad to get another album out of the act.
