What a dark and punishing release by Zagreb's hero Luka Baumann! PSNZ pounds on with horror flick sounds and effects, with this really rolling percussion which sounds like dungeon shackles getting ready to meet yet another candidate for a life spent within four walls of moist darkness.
Submissive Slavic Boys Part 2 puts everyone into submission, let alone the slavic boys... Starting with a disturbing, high pitched hook in the background, it quickly evolves into a ticking minimal thumper, which, while not as hard as PSNZ, is still loaded with pulsating bleeps, and your head ought to keep nodding throughout.
Zasto Ne Nista? (or "why not nothing", if that makes any sense in english), is as dark and deviant as anything Luka's come up with. An entire plethora of effect develops as the track annihilates anything in its path. Eerie sounds emerging from nowhere, tiny sound effects are patiently added in order to aid the rainy mood. Around the 04:10 mark the percussion gains in intensity, and with the chopped hook in the background, this one really grown into a hard techno banger.
Great EP, all tracks are essential for the fans of the BMB project, or stuff similar to Surgeon's "Screw The Roses EP". Go check this one out.
