Well-known as the vocalist of Affinity, Linda is a singer, with a particular style that combines rock, blues, soul and jazz. Her fast musical career, and the fact of play non-commercial music made her be, since now, a very unknown name in the showbusiness. She played with Affinity from 1968 to 1971. Reminiscent in places of the best of Julie Driscoll's late 1960s work - a role model that Hoyle was singularly well-placed to succeed - Pieces of Me likewise borrows from several of Driscoll's own influences.
