Les Fingers was formed in 1962 by Jean-Claude Oliver solo guitar, Marcel Bourdon rhythm guitar, Yvon Rioland bass guitar and Jean-Marie Hauser drums. In 1963 the group residues at Vieux Colombier in Juan-les-Pins and at Théâtre Saint-Martin. In 1964, two members leave the group, Yvon Rioland gets replaced by Hermès Alesi and later by Hadi Kalafate, Jean-Marie Hauser on drums get replaced by Serge Biondi.
