Kim Mellius Flyvholm Larsen 23 October 1945 30 September 2018 was a Danish rock and pop musician. He was a major selling Scandinavian act with over 2. 5 million albums sold. Kim Larsen was born in Copenhagen. Inspired by The Beatles and rock and roll, he began as a songwriter and guitarist. In 1969 he met Franz Beckerlee and Wili Jønsson, and the three founded Gasolin' which, later joined by drummer Søren Berlev, became one of the most successful Danish rock bands. Lead singer Kim Larsen later jokingly referred to the song as the first Danish rap. The lyrics and the music has a dark and mysterious ambience. From this album Langebro was released on single with Lilli-Lilli on the b-side. The album was produced by the band itself in Copenhagen and sound engineer, Freddy Hansson went to Trident Studios in London to mix it with Roy Thomas Baker. The album was released on CD in 1987 with Gasolin' 2 1972 but due to lack of space Tremastet beton was omitted.
