Justo Pastor Almario Gómez born 18 February 1949 is a Colombian-born, Los Angeles-based flutist, saxophonist and Latin jazz group leader. He was among several Colombian musicians recruited by Mongo Santamaria for his band in the 1970s, notably on the album, AfroIndio 1975. Born in Sincelejo and raised in Medellin, Almario comes from a family musical tradition, dedicated since childhood to playing woodwind instruments. Just recently I started looking at his secular and jazz work and I loved it. He is such an expressive and tactful sax players today. This is one Jazz Album that Stands Above the Rest. It is Really a Masterpiece and another one that you should never get out of your sight. I have it again and It Is as GOOD as I remembered it. Yochi feat.
