Jean-Michel Jarre will release his new album Electronica 2: The Heart of Noise next month, the second volume in his project that features an eclectic lineup of collaborators, including Pet Shop Boys, Cyndi Lauper, Gary Numan and more. But his final reveal might be the most unexpected: Jarre announced Friday April 15 that he teamed up with NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden for a track called Exit. Jarre was introduced to Snowden with help from The Guardian - one of the newspapers Snowden worked with to release NSA documents - and the pioneering French producer put Exit on all streaming platforms Friday.
