Notes

This U.S. version of the 'Kettle Whistle' compilation has a censored cover. The tray artwork includes a black barcode, plus the catalog numbers on the spines are in black text. After the 'Kettle Whistle' title on the spines appears 'CD 470' in black text. Includes the 'flames disc' found in the other U.S. edition of 'Kettle Whistle', but there is a black ring outside the centre spool area of the disc (instead of clear).

Track 2: Demo 1988 - Demo to prove our producing prowess to WB. Recorded at Capitol Records Studios in 1988. Mixed at One On One Studios
Track 3: Demo 1987 w/ add'l recording 1997 - Demo recorded in 1987 at Hully Gully Studios, Los Angeles. About Perry's cat with additional inspiration from Maceo Parker. Mixed at Skip Saylor Studios.
Track 4: Studio out-take 1988 - Outtake from the recording sessions for the album Nothing's Shocking. Originally intended for that record but rejected by Warner Bros. Recorded in 1988 at Eldorado Studios. Mixed at Skip Saylor Studios.
