"Live At Calvin" was a 3" minidisc CD with 4 tracks that was included as a free bonus with the purchase of Pilot Pocket Book No. 7 "Baroque" issued in 2010. Pages 186 to 191 of the issue include the performer and composer credits and song texts and related illustrations by artist Amanda Nedham. Pilot Pocket Book is a paperback-sized periodical published in Canada that includes fiction, poetry and art work. "Live At Calvin" is the first time a disc was issued with the magazine. Instructions in the book say that a further Track 5 "Of All The Birds That I Do Know" by composer John Bartlet can be downloaded at http://www.thepiloproject.ca .
