A: House: Massive gospel vocal on a fairly full on club track is absolutely brilliant most of the time. The strings are fantastic and even a bit of acid make for a brilliant track. There's even a basic but really welcome sax solo. It's peacetime stuff that would appeal across the board. However there is the initial breakdown which is part big beat, part prodigy and doesn't sound right. It is brief enough. The second breakdown is catastrophic, like a lazy Norman Cook (1998 remember) and feels endless. It's not even ironic enough to get away with so you can just play the damn track and it even punches in superbly waaah. Well worthy of a revisit and modern edit. In this state though it's as frustrating as track as i own. [SEVEN]
B: Trance?: Takes the original track and throws the kitchen sink at it. Raids the synth leftovers from Faithless Insomnia, then goes a bit garagey then all trancey. I had no idea what was going on. Not for me at all. [Two]
