From Mateo GreySun “those tapes were never official, I recorded many Hell shows that tour, and I gave them to The band. That was was given to Jarrod Ingram with the understanding that It wasn’t a real release, and it was mainly for the band members. He wasn’t not supposed to profit off it. He agreed, so I sent him my copy and put his name on it. GSR #4 was a very limited release that was not hell. The cover was original idea for the Sheol tape. I contacted Jarrod and I got no response. It’s not worth $100.00 don’t be stupid and pay for it. It’s not worth it.”

I won't argue that, but it was recorded by the same guy who runs the GreySun Records label, so it certainly has authenticity even if is not "official."
