In September 1998, the band recorded the album Mys in Shimmer Recordings. The album, which became the band's only one, was released on November 17 of the same year in a circulation of 1500 copies. In connection with the success of the Kaizer Orchestra, the album was remasted in 2003 and reissued in a new edition exactly five years after the first release. The new release was given a printout of 5,000 copies. In 1999 Rolf Prestø was replaced by Jon Sjøen and at the turn of the year the band became Kaizers Orchestra.1 500 copies

Gnom is Janove Ottesen and Geir Zahl's band before the Kaizers Orchestra. The band existed in Bergen from 1997 to 1999. The music is Norwegian fishpop. The band just released this single record that sold about 800 copies.

The song that got the best response from the audience was Bastard, which among other things contained the sound of oil barrels.
