Comes in a DigiPack-like Slidecase with 3 Cardboard sleeves and a 20-Page Booklet, with Japanese OBI card & sticker on the encasing cellophane. Additionally there is a further booklet tucked inside containing a Japanese translation of credits & lyrics.

Each of the CDs is inserted into a thin plastic liner sleeve then into it's own individually numbered grey cardboard sleeve:
CD 1 has a printed "one" in white, & the Catalog No. RRCY 29185 printed in black on the front. On the rear of the sleeve is a
picture/litho-like imprint of a bird.
CD 2 has a printed "two" in white, & the Catalog No. RRCY 29186 printed in black on the front. On the rear of the sleeve is a
picture/litho-like imprint of a the Dream Theater logo.
CD 3 has a printed "three" in white, & the Catalog No. RRCY 29187 printed in black on the front. On the rear of the sleeve is a
picture/litho-like imprint of the moon.

Although the guidelines indicate to the contrary, CD1 & CD 2 Mould SID codes definitely start with an "I" whereas CD 3 Mould SID code is significantly in comparison a "1".
