Fear of the future. Dieselkopf was initially a bit of a joke, since Ronny Rasmusson played in a band called Twang, and was just so fed up with being turned down by the local press in Gävle, Sweden. So, just for fun, he made a piece of computer music and sent it to the local media. Suddenly it was regarded as the best demo of the year, by a local music critic. He tried to make up the absolutely most silly German name he could think of Dieselkopf. This all happened in 1993, and a few years passed by with work and more recordings with Twang.
