All track played and recorded by Theo Tol using only bass guitars and effects except for track 6 which contains a sample, recorded in a nearly deserted parking garage somewhere in Amsterdam.

Every composition was improvised in one take with the exception of track 3 which has a few overdubs.

No synthesizers were harmed while creating this album.
