Three Dog Night also known as One is the self-titled debut album by American rock band Three Dog Night. The album was originally released by Dunhill Records on October 16, 1968. The album is known for featuring the band's Top 5 hit single, their cover of Harry Nilsson's song One. The album made the Top 20 on the albums charts in the United States and Canada. I bought this one because the Three Dog Night's Greatest Hits 14 tracks didn't even have my favorite songs on it. So I am thrilled to have this much more complete compilation. Sound is great. 20 Greatest Hits does indeed offer most of Three Dog Night's definitive songs, including classics like One, Easy to Be Hard, Mama Told Me Not to Come, and Joy to the World.
