In an email to Disques Cinemusique where I inquired as to why the CD release didn't have the same amount of tracks as the original vinyl release the response I received was "Many tracks on the LP were exact repetitions of the same music under different titles". In the booklet it describes that track #11 is not the original track from the film.

The Little Girl Who Lives Down the Lane is a 1976 cross-genre film directed by Nicolas Gessner and starring Jodie Foster, Martin Sheen, Alexis Smith, Mort Shuman, and Scott Jacoby. It was a co-production of Canada and France and written by Laird Koenig, based on his 1974 novel of the same title.
