It was first released exclusively in Japan by Columbia Records on August 21, 1992 and again on September 22, 2004 as a part of the Animex 1200 series as its 61st instalment. This album is considered a must for DBZ collectors, as it contains the extended version of Chikyū Marugoto Chô-Kessen that features the music that played as Goku formed.
