Comes with a printed inner sleeve with a short band biography and a lyrics insert.
Songs B3 to B5 don't appear on the original US release.

Red Vinyl Testpress with original label in a printed innersleeve with Fire Engine advetisement on one side.
Only 5 Copies were made. All copies had little colour changes in the pressing.
Because of this the label rejected the red vinyls and released the black vinyl for the german market.
4 pressing went to the label, one were for the archive of the pressing plant.
